Role and Expertise:
Brian Simonson is senior vice president and senior FX trader in Bridge Bank’s International Banking Division where he provides consultation to clients to help them maximize the value of their international business transactions. Brian was one of two people hired in 2004 to start Bridge Bank’s International Banking Division which offers financial products related to foreign exchange, trade services, global treasury, and trade finance. Over the past nine years, Brian’s role has included daily management of the FX desk, client consultations for international banking services, and growth strategy development for the International Banking Division. Brian provides insights into international banking and currency trends through his newsletter, the FX Commentary.

Outside Activities:
Brian is an avid outdoorsman and spends his outside time skiing and surfing. He is also a world traveler and has traveled to and backpacked throughout South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. If you aren’t already impressed, he has also lived in France and Japan.

Education:
Brian holds a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA in Global Management with a specialty in Finance from The Garvin School of Global Management.
