Bridge Capital Holdings Named to Russell Index
BBNK Added as Growth Stock

San Jose, CA – July 13, 2006 – Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ: BBNK), whose sole subsidiary is Bridge Bank, National Association, one of the fastest-growing full-service business banks in California and the Nation, today announced that its stock was recently added to the Russell MicrocapTM Index by the Russell Investment Group, a global leader in multi-manager investment services. 

Bridge Capital Holdings has been included as a growth stock in the Russell MicrocapTM Index.

The Russell Investment Group publishes a family of U.S. equity indices.  These indices are designed to be a comprehensive representation of the investable U.S. equity market.  The indices are value-weighted and include only common stocks belonging to corporations incorporated in the United States and its territories.  The Russell MicrocapTM Index measures performance of the microcap segment, which includes the smallest 1,000 securities in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index plus the next 1,000 securities. 

At present, the average market capitalization of a Russell MicrocapTM Index company is $255 million.  Bridge Capital Holdings current market capitalization is approximately $125 million.
