Branch Services Specialist, San Jose

Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Branch Services Specialist. Duties include:

  • Primary customer service contact for teller duties. Assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
  • Process incoming mail.
  • Assist customers with account discrepancies – research.
  • Assist customers with outgoing and incoming wires.
  • Handle wire requests received by fax and in person.
  • Back up the receptionist and answer phones.
  • Provide back up support for Palo Alto office when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years bank teller experience
  • Computer skills: (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office)

Depository Operations Representative, San Jose

Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Depository Operations Representative in San Jose.
Duties include: assists Depository Services Officer with document preparation and boarding services for New Accounts, Online Banking, Smart Deposit Express, Positive Pay and Bill Pay; backs up Depository Services Officer when needed (Client contact); callsback Boarding; provides support directly within their authority as it relates to all Treasury Management Services products.

Portfolio Manager, Capital Finance, San Jose

Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Portfolio Manager for the Capital Finance Group in San Jose. Duties include: financial statement analysis; manage client relationships with varying degrees of complexity; ability to underwrite transactions/updates/action plans of client accounts; negotiation and collection; monitor accounts and problem accounts; loan documentation including funding requests, Business Finance Agreements, notification letters, UCC perfection; develop new business as required.

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of financial statement analysis along with strong accounting skills.
  • Minimum of BS/BA (4 year degree) in Business, Finance, Accounting or comparable degree.
  • Computer skills: (Microsoft Office, Factor SQL, ITI, One Point, etc.)
  • Banking/Asset-Based Lending/Accounting/Finance experience preferred

Vice President-Portfolio Manager, Capital Finance, San Jose

Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Vice President-Portfolio Manager in the Capital Finance group in San Jose. Duties include:

  • Interviews loan applicants to develop information concerning their business, needs, abilities, collateral and revenue model to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable credit risk. Obtains and analyzes all necessary financial data.
  • Able to make credit approval decisions on loans and terms within own lending limits, or makes recommendations to appropriate lending authority.
  • Manage client relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ability to underwrite and structure collateral based transactions/updates/action plans of client accounts with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Strong negotiation and collection skills.
  • Proactively monitor accounts/problem accounts by analyzing appropriate and timely reporting.
  • Understand general loan documentation for multiple loan products summarized as follows; factoring, asset based, vendor assurance, purchase order financing, In addition to understanding general process documentation such as, notification letters, UCC perfection, Dunn and Bradstreet, etc. and document to ensure perfection of the Bank’s security interest in compliance with regulatory, legal and Bank requirements.
  • Must promote excellent client relations (internal and external).
  • Develop new business as required.

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of commercial financial statement analysis along with strong accounting skills.
  • Minimum of BS/BA (4 year degree) in Business, Finance, Accounting or comparable degree.
  • 5-10+ years Banking/Asset-Based Lending/Accounting/Finance experience preferred
