Intern - Credit Administration Department, San Jose, CA

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist Credit Administration with Credit and Risk Management projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Core System Data Download Project:
    • Improve efficiency of monthly Core System data download.
    • Explore Core System for inclusion of additional data fields in download.
    • Develop and implement automated process to scrub monthly data (i.e., verify collateral, industry, and product codes).
    • Develop procedural manual for data-gathering.
  • Assist in Credit Report Project:
    • Develop and implement automated report-writing process utilizing Excel formulae/macros.
    • Revise monthly Credit Report suite layout to incorporate trend analysis.
    • Coordinate with Finance to merge existing Finance-run reports into Credit Report.
    • Develop procedural manual for report-writing.
  • Assist in Third-Party Data Requests Project:
    • Send and track delivery of standard reporting to Bank regulators, auditors, CPA, and other third parties.
    • Develop and implement automated report-writing process.
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed. Intern’s professional interests may drive some of the project work if it meets the Bank’s needs.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • At least Senior standing in undergraduate business or IT program.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access programs, including use of macros, complex formulae and database tools
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively across divisions for purposes of gathering loan data.
  • Ideal candidate would have finance and accounting class work.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Team Leader, Collateral Management Group – Note Department, San Jose, CA

Major Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of lien perfection for various forms of collateral, including but not limited to Article 9 UCC filings, real estate, life insurance, vehicles, intellectual property and trademarks.
  • Ensure collateral granted to the bank is properly insured and meets all regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Collateral is released within legal and regulatory requirements and department service level agreements are met.

Network Administrator, Information Technology - San Jose, CA

Bridge Bank is seeking a qualified individual as Network Administrator in the San Jose office. Duties include:

Network Administration

  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects; plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems.
  • Provide continuous monitoring on health of network, troubleshooting and correction as needed.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance metrics.
  • Maintain Windows 2003/2008 Servers and Active Directory as needed.
  • Perform periodic administration and maintenance of Exchange email system.
  • Perform network user and resource (e.g. printers) administration tasks.

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in the following Cisco products: 3500 series and Catalyst switches, 2600 and 3600 series routers, Cisco ASA Firewall.
  • A minimum of 5 years hands on experience utilizing Windows 2003/2008, and should include Network Design and Administration in a large corporate multi-platform environment.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Networking Concepts to include TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and AD.

Loan Documentation Specialist – Note Department, San Jose, CA

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for documenting and reviewing complex commercial loans while ensuring compliance with Company policy and procedures.
