Role and Experience:
Kelly Cook develops customized financing and banking solutions to meet the needs of growing technology-focused entities.

Just prior to joining Bridge Bank, Kelly was a General Partner in a venture debt fund that provided structured debt solutions to emerging technology companies. In addition to his technology lending background, he has over 20 years of experience in operating, finance, sales and sales management with publicly traded companies such as Adobe Systems and Ariba, as well as with a venture capital backed startup.

Outside Activities:
Kelly currently serves on the board of a local chapter of National Junior Basketball, and coaches teams as well. Having played four years of college football, Kelly now satisfies his competitive side through road biking and fitness training.

Education:
Kelly holds a BS in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from UCLA.
