John Carroll

Vice President, Construction Loan Officer
(408) 556-8675

Role and Experience:
For the past four years, John Carroll has been providing Bridge Bank’s clients with expertise in real estate financing. He has over 30 years of real estate lending experience, with a focus on commercial products. Over the course of his career, John has been active in all aspects of commercial lending (with exposure in all Bay Area markets), including construction of single-family spec residential and owner-occupied homes, multiple family dwellings, and residential subdivisions. His lending history also includes retail, office, and industrial financing. Prior to Bridge Bank, John worked locally as a vice president for Heritage Bank and San Jose National Bank.

Outside Activities:
John enjoys giving back to his community in any way he can, whether it’s volunteering for the 2nd Harvest Food Bank and Sacred Heart, acting as treasurer for his son’s Cub Scout Pack or his annual tradition of participating in the City of Campbell Community Clean-up Day. When John’s not saving the world he also loves to travel it, having visited much of Asia already and currently working his way through Europe.

Why Bridge Bank?
“Bridge makes every effort to provide customer solutions in areas of lending and deposits. We are definitely not a fit-inside-the-box organization.”
