Bridge Bank offers an outstanding combination of great people, strong leadership, and a dynamic culture that celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit. We aren’t guided by limitations, we’re guided by possibilities. We look beyond the off-the-shelf solutions offered by so many banks and find creative solutions to our customers’ needs. We’ve done it for customers like Pandora, Solar City, StumbleUpon, and Boudin Bakery. If you like to be challenged and appreciate being supported in your goals, Bridge Bank could be the perfect fit.

Bridge Bank University: A bridge to success.

At Bridge Bank we foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Bridge Bank University (BBU) offers year-round classes to help employees hone their skills and develop their full potential. From our one-year-long intensive training program for our credit analysts (see infographic), to an 18-month-long leadership journey program for senior managers, Bridge Bank provides employees the tools they need to succeed at any stage of their career. For those that may not be in training programs, we also offer year-round classes to employees on topics ranging from business ethics to analyzing financial statements.

A different breed of bank, a different breed of banker.

Testimonials: Bank on their words

  • Abigail Avalos

    Treasury Management Services

I joined Bridge Bank as they were starting up and immediately felt at home. We had strong support from a great leadership team. They always made time to hear new ideas and that translated into a fun culture of innovation. After six years I decided to pursue another opportunity, but I couldn’t shake the feeling I had made a mistake. I found myself comparing everything to Bridge Bank. When I was approached to come back to the bank in 2013, the decision was easy.

  • Brenda Penrod

    International Banking

In 2005, I had the opportunity to join the International Banking team at Bridge Bank, which was brand new at the time. Being part of a newly established team rewarded me with tremendous learning opportunities, and those opportunities have never gone away. The dynamic work environment here ensures a fulfilling and stimulating career for those ready to take on the challenge.

  • Grant Simon

    Capital Finance

I was thrilled when I received an offer to join such a dynamic company. It’s fascinating to work with visionaries from so many fields, from clean tech to pharmaceutical R&D. I find it rewarding to watch a client develop, knowing that you and your team were the catalyst that allowed the client to reach their full potential.

  • Janelle Wong

    International Banking

I've had the opportunity to develop my analytical skills, while being able to work with a large portfolio of clients in varying industries and growth stages. There is something truly satisfying about helping your clients accelerate through each crucial stage of their development. You are constantly on your feet, making decisions that are going to have a real impact on a business.

  • Mellat Desta

    Credit Compliance Team

I had a friend at Bridge Bank who kept telling me how much she enjoyed working here and how well the bank takes care of their employees, so I decided to join the bank. While I’m relatively new, it’s already clear that management is very supportive. It’s a wonderful place for learning and career growth, and there is also a great work-life balance.

  • Mike Lederman

    Region Director

Bridge Bank’s relationship-oriented approach to banking combined with a team-first environment and great coworkers has created an enjoyable work atmosphere. It’s very rewarding to help some of my region’s most innovative and exciting companies overcome their financing challenges and meet their banking needs.

  • Pino Chiappetta

    Energy and Infrastructure

Bridge Bank has proved to be small enough to truly care about their employees but large enough to continually challenge me and offer room for growth. After working in the Note Department for six years, I decided I was ready for a change. While it would have been more convenient to the bank for me to stay where I was, they supported my decision, and I was able to move into the Energy and Infrastructure group.

  • Sean Su

    Energy and Infrastructure

Bridge Bank has great resources and benefits to support my needs, but the bank’s esprit-de-corps mindset has really pushed me along the furthest. Most people at the bank hold a big-picture perspective on the company’s future success, and they understand that helping and guiding others will benefit the bank in the long run.
